I didn't get a chance to cut into all of them yet, but here are a few slabs from my buddies landscape rock he let me raid! ;D

The first slab is from the rock on the right of this pic

The next 2 slabs are from this huge piece of Mary Ellen. I had to take a couple of end cuts and slabs off a couple of places in order to fit the rock in the vice how I want to cut it. The slabs, so far, seem to be cutting off the tops of the Stromatolites or cross sectioning them. I want to rotate the cut 90 degrees and slab the profiles of the polyps.

The last slab is from this Jaspelite. Can you see the red and gray wave breaking?

OK, I looked again and I really like the second and third and that first has wonderful flow banding! They should make some wonderful cabs!
