I was playing outside with my rocks when I ran across these.
These are pet Myrtlewood from the Oregon coast. Pretty much only 2 places in the world to get myrtlewood...Oregon coast and "The Holy Land". The stones with the grayish blue appear to be a type called Spalted Myrtle and the color is even bluer in person. Thanks fer lookin!

headfullofrocks: Aaaahhhhh, Vancouver Island, Appx. 13deg Celsius. Grass is green, got some obsidian in cerium oxide tumbling away, and the sun is peeking through the clouds, can't ask for much better in the lap of geographical luxury. :
