;D I don't know the exact name of this rock, but it's really cool!! It was in a package that I just received from Jo (naturenut), it's more of her local stuff that she found herself. It's quartz with darker quartz crystals and it's some pretty hard stuff. It cabs very smooth and takes a deep shine. Also, it's very translucent with alot of different colored inclusions, some have a bit of sparkle......

You're getting quite the following of Women! ;D Pretty neat material. It looks like it polished really well and it does appear to have different flashes of colors. Steve

Very cool! Looks like a Turtle sundae with chocolate, caramel , ice cream and a few pecan chips. You'd never guess that's my favorite sundae huh?.....Mel

This is some sort of quartz with dark colored crystals and is translucent. I've never cut anything like this before, new stuff is so cool! ;D Peitersite is actually simular to tigereye.

Not peitersite, peristerite - (Canadian stuff) I've seen mostly orangish stuff

I have rainbow moonstone, or should I say Bejewelme has some. Its more what than that though. I cut some of Jo's material that looks like this on Saturday. I'm looking forward to cabbing it.

I saw the ones with flash too, they looked kinda like labradorite only a different color.
