Truly fantastic! Outstanding colors and textures on the trent. Almost like a Pollock painting or something like that.

Those are breathtaking. The backlits just explode with color. I love looking at your threads. I type a few words, go back to look, type a few more words, go back to look.

HPD...I live in Eugene and scouting around the area for rock finds...I do hear of gates in this area but really don't where exactly to hunt. Are you willing to share a source location or two?

Good Garnets! I've never seen anything so intense before!! Look at all that crazieness going on in there! OMG That rocks!!! Your pics are Freaktastic! I'm trippin on the backlit one.. wow! and I sure do like that hint of purple hue or whatever color that is around the inclusions..

Ditto on the locality of the Eugene agate! I'd make a day trip to collect even little bits, those are amazing pieces. I'm in Salem. Maybe we could do a group trip!

From what I've heard, the Trent agate claim has been dug out for some time now. I'll check with the gentleman who owned the claim this spring.
