Daniel at first i was going to put 20 plus then i noticed that it had that ireg. end and adjusted downward. Now I am not to smart now I owe my good guess to 24 years of picking up rocks lol. Thanks for contest Snowdog it was fun I will pm you my addy George

Way to go Daniel! and a very kewl scientific approach too. I tried the same thing but I guess my jasper has too much iron in it and weighed a lot heavier. I had totally discounted any weight under 18 pounds or so *LOL*. It messed me up on the chrysocolla too. I actually filled a jar but again my rocks is too dern heavy!..mel

Well my first Christmas gift arrived yesterday Dave sent me a nice 4x4.25 x5 rectangular chunk of turtilla(sp) and a very sweet chunk of Arizona pet. wood very nice reds and yellows. Thanks again Dave for a great contest and your generosity. George
