OK,I'm a newbie, who maybe is stepping out of bounds here, by my asking but knowing that I will never have the skill to copy your art, I am wondering just how you went about getting the agate "moon" into the ob sky? If it is a secret, I truly understand, but with me there is absolutely no danger of my copying your skill/craft. Inquiring minds want to know!!

Have never done it myself, but in absence of any explanation offered thus far, I would say that it was done with fitting "Core Drills". Might be wrong on that, so be patient, some others will drop in and give you more info.

That's a great design and that yellow agate really looks like the moon. I can see the Sea of Tranquility on there.

Kurt, no core drill on hand so I used a trim saw to remove most of the hole and then used a Gryphett diamond bit to clean and smooth the hole.
