No not me.. someone else: Several years ago, The wife and I were at The Crystal Fox located here in Maryland. While there We met a co-worker and never knew that she was into crystals and was asking for assistance with her purchase. She thought I did so well with helping her pick out a few nice stones and crystals, she asked for my phone number so that just in case she had other questions, she would give me a call. Several weeks passed and I get a call from her.. she was nearly in tears subcaste she thought she had broken a riding lawn mowers blade after running over a large but hidden rock in her yard. So I'm thinking she needed me to help her with fixing the mower.. We set a date to go visit her and when we get there she was showing me, not the mower but the rock she ran over.. Creamy white in color with a clear point of impact where the lawn mower blade had struck the stone. "What is it?" she asked.. and I had a feeling I knew, but I wanted to make sure. I asked if I could continue what the mower started and open the rock even more. 6 hits with my chisel and hammer broke the stone open revealing what I suspected.. A creamy white Thunder Egg or Chalcedony. She offered half of the stone as payment for me coming out to visit.. and the image shows that I took the half which was struck by the lawn mower blade. The more "white" and very smooth gash marks in the center of the stone.. But take note at the top of the stone.. (Brownish area) clear signs of the rounded nodules which are so typical of chalcedony.

I am not your guy for the spheremaking. But I can offer some guidance.
First, we need to know the dimensions of the nodule. From that we can determine the equipment needed to sphere it. I will tell you that it takes hours to make a sphere. The sizes I like to make take 10+ hours too accomplish. Marble size, not so much.

Seems I'm bating 1000 here.. not having any luck with how I'm posting info or attempting to sale items.. if it's not a price I've set its misinformation.. Never the less.. the stone is apporx 3 inch in diameter and is actually triangular in shape.. so I doubt it's even worth sphering. Disregard or delete the post if you wish.
