Our neighbor is really into lapis so she asked us to make her a couple of cabs. It was fun seeing her go through our bin of lapis, she said she had never seen so much in one place before. She selected the pieces and the shapes then my wife and I took over. I did the first 3 wheels and Amber did the last 3. We make our best cabs when I shape and she polishes. I haven't cabbed much lately as I had my outdoor projects and am still working on the rock shop.

great teamwork. I really like that first one. Is that wired bail just coiled up and epoxied to the back of the cab?

Chuck, yes I have a spiral on that back which I hammer flat and then glue to the cab.
