I had to really jog my memory to see if I could cab some non pudding stone rocks. I bought some slabettes and preforms from stardiamond and that really gave me the insperation to get back to some fun cabbing. This is self hounded Michigan Beach granite. Unknown #1 from " stardiamond" Unknown #2 from " stardiamond" (I am guessing maury mountain moss agate?) poppy jasper from stardiamondocean jasper? from stardiamondbotswana agates stone canyon jasper from stardiamondCrazy lace Thanks for looking Chuck

LOL! No puddin stones? Great mix! Yes- the one is OJ, nice one, too. I really fell for that first red one. I haven't seen that material before. Pretty cool. I like them all, though- very nice.

Thanks If you want any of the red granite let me know. I have 15-20 slabs and each will cut 2 good size cabs. Its very uniform throughout and its a real tight grain. Chuck

Nice work! Your first "unknown" sure looks like it could be Bruneau jasper.

Very nice. Some of those granites work up really good. Most of ours are more coarse grained, I need to do a little more looking around.

Looking forward to the coral. We have tight grained granite here, maybe red is the most exotic color. White with black mica specks is most common bedrock here. About half of the nation's cemetery stones are made of it here in a small town in NE Georgia. Interesting industry. Cabs look well crafted.

Very nice Chuck! yeah I'm digging on the red granite too. Didn't know it came in such a tight solid red. Is there more around where you found it or was it sort of an anomaly?

Thats the first one I have found that had such good color and tight grain. Its not hard to find a spot to cab on the slab since its so uniform. Chuck
