And you had better paint them a bright color or the river takes them away from you!

I don't take it rock hounding... only use it at my place to prep stuff for tumbling.... I'd probably lose it in the field.... If anyone knows who makes this i would get another if it ever breaks.... It has only chipped a few times. here's a photo... it is very hard metal. (and you can see some of my college textbook

Hammer looks perfect. If I see that brand for sale I will give you a heads up. And buy one too.

Send me a pm and i can make a little video and send you a link some time soon. It's not a PM, but I too would sincerely enjoy such a video. A fresh perspective will be great! It is with uncharacteristic patience that I await your production!

I will be posting a How to thing some time.. with all aspects lapidary that I do. I'm debating of having just 1 thread or multiple threads for each lapidary aspect (like tumbling, cutting, polishing with pads, soon grinding maybe. I have a whole unfinished tutorial on tumbling i can start by posting... just need to copy and past I say unfinished as I am always evolving my processes and leaning new things.

My camera isn't the best for video.. Still turned out alright... i'll probably redo it some day when i can actually mount the camera.
Until then here is the way i do it for best results.
If you have a grinder that is usually the best way to trim the edges... You don't have to trim them but it helps the process...
Its hard looking at what your filming while doing work so i wasn't as efficient
