So, I unknowingly some clear crystals started growing in one of my PVC barrels with dried up used prepolish that was sitting in my hot garage drying out for over a month. The crystals were a little smaller than pea sized.
I just added a cup of water/usedprepolish from a barrel that was overfilled. And didn't take any pictures.
What could have caused this?

haha!
Perhaps pics or at the very least a description of the barrell's contents is in order. What else in in the barrell and what color are the crystals? Plus any other observations you may have will be helpful.

I managed to get a macro picture for you. The only contents in the barrel was water and dried up prepolish I was saving for another tumble of agates, so there could of had remnants of those saltwater beach agates. Daytime temps could reach above 100 degrees and nightitme around 80-90. Humidity has been high lately over 60%. The crystals do not seem to react with contact to water. Thats all the information I can give you off the top of my head. If you have any more inquiries, Ill be glad to answer them to the best of my knowledge. Dont mind the cat hair haha.
