Man have a great trip. Unfortunately I'm on light duty per doctor's orders until at least March or April so I can't get you out at all. I'm looking forward to seeing trip reports.

Sounds like a fun trip. But be warned, the Black Hills and Rapid City, S.D. have already had a dusting of snow. Contact sdgoldpanner (Bob Morgan). He lives in Rapid City, and will take you out to the grasslands to look for Fairburns.

I would love to meet you at Nethers but tomorrow already planned out. I am a little more than an hour east of Nethers Farm, around Columbus. Might want to plan to hit there in the afternoon. Weather is supposed to be very cool and rainy in the morning. Nethers Farm is fun no matter what the weather, just muddier sometimes. Have safe travels!

Heche you get healed up n we will meet up on another ! Hey Don my lady Susan wants to see snow. We have very little in Nc. Don't know yet what happened out west last night, but we dropped to 25 Deg here in the N.E. corner of the state last night. I think your lady has a more than average chance of seeing snow out here.

Good luck on your Trip, but you might be starting out a little late in the year for much in the Northern tiers of states, Have friends in MT. and WA who already are getting nervous about when to be heading south.
Have a good time in Quartzsite. Things there should be getting started about Be sure to check out the Quartzsite Gem and Mineral club when you are in town, it looks like they have quite the set up.
