Does anyone know where I can buy 24" diameter silicon carbide discs, 220 grit?

I can check check.
What kind of backing are you seeking?
Plain? Hook & loop? PSA?
What are you cutting?
I dont even know what's made but these are questions I ask clients before I get a quote from the mill.

Shotgunner, I will use my 24" rotating flat lap to dry sand slabs off the saw prior to going on the Bull wheel. It doesn't matter if the backing is plain or PSA- no velcro as it will be going on a bare metal plate. Not sure if this will work, but anything has to be better than a vibrating lap for rough grind.

OK, I'll check my abrasives guys and see about price and availability.
If you can go with square/rectangle, then that is easy. 24" wide belts can be cut down.
