Sorry, I don't know the name of half that stuff. There's so many flavors! That's always the problem when getting rocks from estate sales. I Googled "types of obsidian" and checked the images. There was one called "double flow" that looked somewhat close. So I Googled that, clicked on an image and located this web site link. captbob , take a look and see if it is there. You will be overwhelmed by the variety! Good luck with that. Thank you Jean. Even on eBay I have found at least 5 different types/names of mahogany obsidian. I was running two 15 pound barrels of MO for the past 3 weeks and culled it to one barrel yesterday. It's all the same and boring as hell. That's why I was looking for different types and admiring James' material. It has variety! I may finish this one barrel out, just because it's already running, but good gracious this stuff can put you to sleep in a quickness! I need to run some COLOR. Good thing color is on the way as I type!
