I want to tell you all, I am so sick of the politics in Georgia showing on TV. Everyone is making false statements, one on the other. Something is just wrong here ! The politicians as far as I am concerned are liars, theifs and crooks from the longest hair on their heads to the longest toe nail on their foot . So shameful . Worse part is: the politicians are not ashamed of what they say or do. No wonder this country is in a mess and on an accelerated downward path. No truth what so ever in government ! Well, I guess I got alittle of this off my shoulder. Should have taken my big hammer and went into the back yard and busted up a bunch of rocks ! "Bam" to heck with Governor Deal! "Bam" to heck with Jimmy Carter's grandson ! "Bam" to heck with Michelle Nunn ! "Bam" to heck with David Perdue ! "Bam, Bam, Bam, Bam, Bam" I'm thru now !

I hear you brother! The worst part to me is none of them says what they will do for us only what the others wont do or will do! I am on the no call list and have been getting 6-8 calls a day from them. Some leave such long messages that it fills the answer machine up!

The no call list only applies to sales, sadly. Surveys and politicians are exempt, the same way they're exempt from so many of the laws they pass to screw us over.

I hear ya kap. I just got 3 of them in a row. Luckily here in S.D., they have to quit calling at 9:00 PM.

Same crap in Oregon. I have a policy of when I dislike both [or all] of those running for a given office, I write in "none of the above". A lot of the basis for this choice being excessive mud slinging, and little or no practical thinking. Been given a lot of guff about this, but, all writeins are tallied and recorded, if enough people would do it, maybe things would change for the better.

Here in Illinois it's mostly "attack" ads. The candidates for governor should just put on the gloves and settle it that way. I'd give up my vote to see it.

Yup! Sad that we always seem to be offered the choice between bad and worse. And that politicos seem to find nothing wrong with lying their way into office, telling folks what they want to hear, and buying votes by offering freebies as bribes. None of it is about service to us. It's all about nothing but their own money and power...Mel

we dont have landlines so no tele-politics here.
So we get POUNDS of mail. Perhaps 5-6 pounds of trash in the mail sent by politicians of all stripes. Strangeley this is the first time. The progressives must be worried around here! Maybe a good sign!
