@mr.mohs yes indeed, there are few and between down here but, they are here! I just got really lucky with this dissection. I too was amazed at how many different things are going on with this piece. It is certainly a great specimen to look at and learn about how it was created and what different elements of composition had to take place over many moons. I don't see myself coming across one like it again anytime soon, unless I start excavating and snooping around dig sites. since Florida was underwater in the past and not too far above sea level now(like 3-5' above). If I could get access to a limestone quarry (which are plentiful in my neck of the woods) I would bring my trailer and load up just to see if there was anything worth a crap to add to my collection.
