Well, she might not be happy now, but that will fade at some point. Until then, it appears that you have plenty of great looking rocks to sort through and equipment to play with. Really a great find. Have fun! By the way, I would be interested in a 6" trim saw if you find one of those in your traitor load. there is one 6 and one 8

I figured it was a saw, but I was wondering how big. I have never heard of anyone having a 36 inch saw. You must need help just getting a rock that big in there.

I want to thank you Roy, for taking the heat on this one. I've totally thrown you under the bus with the wife and leveraged your pics to my advantage. I told her, "Look what poor Roy's wife has to put up with, sheesh you sure are a luck woman to only have my little mess." Somehow she managed to not quite feel the same. We need more pictures ! Nice haul, litterally.

Hi Roy,
If I was your wife I'd be very happy. When it comes to other rocks besides agates I really don't too much. It would be a great opportunity to learn about different rocks . I really love the first agate; the blue one with a window that looks like it has an something trapped inside of it..I really love those kind, what are those types of agates called? Floaters? Sorry for my ignorance...I have a good book called Rocks, Gems and minerals by Patti Polk and it lists every type of agate but I don't see a description for that type.

That's amazing! One truck load for me would be grounds for divorce and you got eight! If a woman is that understanding, you should marry her. Guess you already did.
Darryl.

Guess I'm lucky, my wife would be totally elated to be able to make a haul like that, but we would have to get 'em the hard way; hunt them.

Goodness!
What a great find. You have your work cut out for you just figuring out what you have. I can't wait to see pictures as you start processing some of that material.
