That amy-sage is sweet. Is the second photo opal wood? not sure really more of a opal in agate its really hard Chuck yeah the opal wood I have cut is varied hardness at best. This is the stuff from Washington. similar colors and when cut across the grain it has a similar pattern to your cab. Chuck

Chuck the opal woods i have are kinda soft like mid range i have some really nice looking wood but its hard sometimes getting a piece thats not all full of cracks or broken up
