I'm getting geared up, hearing that so many of you are going to Quartzsite. You all better take LOTS of pictures for those of us who can't be there! just a friendly reminder. (that's all!)

I will start it off because I know this is one thing that has not changed. Tony will be in the same spot with old and new rock and he will still be the same awesome dude as he was last year. I will really miss Tony this year because we spent a lot of time together and got to know each other quite well. You can buy great shoes there too. hahahahaha Scott thinks they are gay. Jim

Hooray Wampidy ! That's what I'm talking about. Tony is a legend in his own time! I don't know about gay, but those plasticlogs are surely as ugly as sin... I hear they are comfortable though, and that's what matters... if your feet aren't happy, the rest of you isn't going to be either.

ugly? UGLY? NO NO NO These are the prettiest shoes on the planet. Plus, they are the lightest and most comfortable shoe around. When I was gold prospecting I hiked all over the mountains and streams with the clog type rubber shoe. Like walking on protected bare feet. I prefer to be just a little bit different than most everyone else. I am a conversation piece and a clown and I love it. Jim

Scott was correct. Although, they would probably look fabulous with rainbow knee socks.

hahahahaha Any idea where I can get rainbow knee socks. I like to have people pointing fingers at me and probably saying that guy is nuts. Anybody can be a captain or a cowperson, been there and nuts is way better. Jim

Jim, I've seen striped socks at Target. Knee-highs. My daughters wore them long ago. Cute. They also come with toes.

Jim, anybody that meets you will know you are nuts no matter what you wear. I certainly enjoyed your visits last year at the show.

Jim, Lee and John, I miss all of you guys. I wandered over to your booth last night John and you weren't there, Some people were needing stuff and I was going to send them to you. Hope all is well.
I have met a few new ones this year. Bill and Susan come visit me pretty often and Diane just got here. Susan stopped by the other day, Brent, Jeff, and a few others have been by. Almost like old home week! It is starting to get going!

I guess as for the "Agoraphobia (a fear of crowds)" I would still try to make it,if the chance!! But mine isn't the fear of crowds,it's that I hate crowds and most people.. My wife says if I pick anyone to be friends with, they must be someone special, because I just don't communicate with people.. There are a lot of good people on here that I have hooked up with and like, that's something to me!! Tammy calls me the crazy grumpy old bear!! Anyhow,it looks like fun and hell ya' I would go!!!

I think it comes down to the action of others. I'm very extroverted and love talking to people with similar interests, but I get to "hate people" when I'm out in crowded stores and the stupid people are out. Seems like those bad times in public stick with us for some reason.
