so after 5 months of waiting I finally got my sunstones back from Thailand. I sent a small parcel to see what kind of job they do and I gotta say they did a good job...aside from the long wait...they originally told me 6-8 weeks i'm satisfied with the results....I would say the yield was about 25%.....hope y'all like em!
a different angle
whole group
another angle
calibrated ones
biggest un...11.15 carats
another look
thanks for looking

Ooh, those are shimmering beauties. Those folks in Thailand know their stuff. Five months is a long time to wait, but seems it was worth it.
So... What're you gonna do with them?

thanks y'all...as for now i'm just looking at 'em and enjoying them knowing I picked them up outta the ground lol I may look for a jeweler later on to make the calibrated uns into earrings...as for the charge its $2.10 per carat and an additional.50 cents per carat for calibrated uns...

Your sunstones look great, booboo! The 11 carat beauty would look sweet in a pendant.

Wow 25% is really good for faceted stones. I want to visit the sunstone mines this year if we can get the time off.
