I would have to agree it looks like agate/jasper. I am trying to suss out the source of the blue color.
Not copper. Maybe cobalt?

Titanium is responsible for the blue in local jade, so maybe the same is true with agate/chalcedony? Regardless, you have an amazing stone there! Do you have plans to cut it?
