A buddy of mine bought some rocks-$20.00 for a 5 gallon bucket full of everything and anything! So I'm cutting a few of the rocks for him.. I cut this today-it's very nice and easy to cut-great colors too.....But haven't a clue what it is......

Yes-Al's Rock Shop in Corvallis,OR is a hot spot for rockhounders-he is old school, with lot's of rough, plus a small shop behind a beat-up old house..LOL Most drive right by the place-but they don't know what they are missing!!!! His Dad was a hounder too,in the 40's 50's and 60's-he inherited it,as he is a hounder too.....He is cleaning up the place,so everything goes for a fair price-easy guy to get along with too........ Buckets and buckets of small end cuts and rough.Plus rows of huge rough of thundereggs,Obsidian, petwood, jaspers, you name it,it's probably there........
