The workmanship leaves something to be desired but I am getting really close to zero spray and may be able to up the speed a bit. Running these pads at less than 1750 rpm just does not cut it at the larger grits. I put door sealer foam around the rim first then screwed the plexi down gently through the foam. Sealed it up really good. I was not sure about how wide to make it but it looks like I hit it pretty close to right on the nose by the looks of the spray on the bottom of the plexi. This was a really easy fix with plexi that I already had. Need to give gorilla tape a shout out for taking care of the gaps. Beats duct tape hands down. Jim

Cool fix, Jim. That's one thing that bothers me too - dripping wet sleeves by the time I'm done grinding.
