I got told they are jurassic pebbles? how do they get the white line like that

I see a lot of these in Oregon,while hounding too.......As said no value,but some people collect them for their yard or set a few pieces in their homes... To me,it's whatever you like that is to be collected-doesn't matter if it has value or not...That's what rock hounding is about..Thumbs up
