wow, well worth the effort and the aspirin you probably had to take afterwards. Those are beautiful! You must have hit the mother lode! I was sore, but I don't take aspirin for anything. In fact I don't take any pharmaceuticals whatsoever. Last time I did was an ibuprofen when I had a 107F fever from the measles 25 years ago or so. I only took it because my girlfreind was hounding me to take one for the fever. Did not do much good. Only dropped the fever a few degrees. That was a good day digging there since normally I only get about 300-400 pounds a day there. It was getting a lot harder to find as I went on. I like this stuff also since some of it contains the silver ore bromargyrite, which is bright green: Here are some things I made from the material:

Was your backhoe a gas burner or a diesel. ? Neither. Muscle and determination powered. That was my best day though. Normally I only get around 300 pounds per day of digging. So when I weighed out the total I was pretty ecstatic.

So when I weighed out the total I was pretty ecstatic. Never seen so much ore. Concerns about drilling for metal free water in your territory. We shave radon in our granite. so some wells radioactive. They have discovered the granite aggregate in cement is radioactive from certain quarries. Now they are finding high levels of radiation in high rise buildings. Buildings never tested for years because there was no thought about concrete being radioactive. Just basements sitting on granite. i do not know if they are being overly sensitive. Various opinions about the danger of radon. Fine material James. I would think that it is money in the bank.

I have not seen any evidence of radon problems here is Las Vegas, but we have plenty of other things to worry about. Asbestos is the soil, perchlorate and uranium in the water, etc. Radon is a problem in surrounding areas and further North, such as around Fallon. I have weighed out some 10 pound lots of some nicely colored material. I will try to get it photographed and posted as soon as I can. Was too cloudy today.
