. . . It is something I HATE! Like punks trying to teach us old fogies what "good music" is by playing their racket at full blast (audible for three miles) while their amplifiers bounce their vehicles down the street.

I have a bumper sticker on my truck that says "If I wanted to hear the crap coming out of your stereo, I'd be sitting in your car!" Too bad someone doesn't invent a stereo or speaker zapper!
I have been known to intentionally make a contact on ham radio while near a thumper :-) If it's a crappy installation, I can wreak havoc with 100 watts, but good installs lessen the chance of interference :-(

It is called an electromagnetic pulse cannon. There is also a device that you can make that will send such a high powered radio signal to their radio that it burns out something. I think it would not work on a cd player or an mp3 player.

My buddy is a welder and said these morons are cracking the seams on their cars,doors,truck,etc,from the vibes of the loud music... The older cars would start seeing daylight,rom the cracks............
