Wow, winners all.
Tough call as the colla wood is darn cool looking, but I pick the bowlerite.
They are all quite beautiful.

They are all great, but the bowlerite also stands out to me. Also like the sneaky background Biggs.

kinda sneaky having people help you decide which cab to enter. That being said the bowlerite is really cool.

I have done a few cabs and wraps in bowlerite and its cool stuff. Spent all day watching my kid bowl nine games in a tournament yesterday and that was enough bowling balls for one day. I was probably the only one looking at the bowling balls and picturing what a cab would look like from them. Chuck

Now because of this post. I'm pretty sure of this chuck of material this person brought me is bowlerite she thought it was rock but it didn't seem like the right composition, texture and had a plastic/rubbery feel to it so I cut a piece of it and that further convinced me it wasn't rock I got to go to work, now but I could supply a picture, later maybe you guys could confirm ?

The first time I purchased it at a show the seller did not even know what it was. Most bowling balls are not solid they just have about a 1/2" thick urethane shell. The slabs of this stuff will be fairly small and sometimes the back will have some of the ugly core material on it still. The combination of the radius of the ball and the 3/8 thickness means you will not get very big 1/4" thick flat slabs from it. Chuck
