I'm leading off with a special "Halloween" stone to celebrate the holiday. It's Indonesian Bumblebee material and I can't find a reliable source for identifying the base material. This piece was not typical of other Bumblebee I've worked; it seems to be some sort of calcite infused with sulfur and other minerals. Anyhow, have a great Halloween everyone! I cut a lot of stones this month and this is only part of the result. I had the pleasure of cutting a couple of stones from our James P's Georgia Coral and look forward to working with more. I had lots of fun finally being able to get to some materials of my own I've hoarded for years. I may have posted a couple of these previously -- if so, please forgive my bad memory. Thanks in advanced for looking. “Halloween” Bumblebee Luna Agate Laguna Lace Agate Botswana Agate Apache Gold (Anyone know how to get a great polish on this stuiff? If so clue me in.) Nice set. That bumblebee is great. I haven't had luck finding any of it that solid.
The last apache gold I had polished really well with straight cerium oxide but even with cerium it did want to undercut.

All are beautiful, but you saved the best for last. The Bruneau, the Imperial egg and the polka dot are my favorites.

I love that bumblebee too. Like Roger, the few times I've seen it, it's been pitty and didn't look too solid.
Beautiful cabs and great workmanship!

Those are so sweet! Hard to pick a fav, but I like the psilomelane, too. I like the second coral (it looks almost metallic!) and the royal imperial jasper, too. Well, and the mooka.
