Howdy Colin Do you think that's what it is?? I'm telling you I find the weirdest shit!! I also have a small pink see through stone that's a hardness of 8. These people that claim certain things can only be found in one place are FULL OF CRAP. Just my 2 cents 😂 Well, it sure looks like a Bot. Maybe your hubby is seeding the creak? Awesome place. Gather no moss, Colin. I wondered if a rock hound somewhere upstream got flooded out.

HOLD IT! RIGHT THERE! I don't think the law allows you to have THAT MUCH fun. Better stop enjoying that new toy so much. You may get in trouble! 8^) I know right!!! I probably spend 10 hours a day in my shop. Glad my hubby has a need to watch the news (I DO NOT) after work to unwind! You're lucky. My wife likes TV also but 10 hours per day would certainly (and has gotten) me in trouble. That's OK though. She is softer, nicer and smells better than my rocks and equipment. My 20" saw cuts 6 minutes per inch so if I put a 10" wide rock in there, I've got a one hour commitment. While I'm cutting, I work on the restoration of my Highland Park B12 cabber and 10" trim saw. There's no problem figuring out how to fill the time.

There's no problem figuring out how to fill the time. That I totally understand. This saw has been running almost non stop since the day she was plugged in. I use my time trimming cabs, checking tumblers, always sumpin to reorganize, cleaning slabs, glueing more rocks, checking the forum etc... one day I'm going to actually get to cabbing and making jewelry again 😂😂 I'm usually in the house by 6/6:30 but I take my smoke brakes in my shop too.

Ever since I made that 'one ring' it just keeps following me!
Yeah, killer material, especially the red coral. We have some fossil coral this side of the pond, but in limestone, not silica, it is grey - but very, very old.
