Lately I've been cutting a lot of blue stones so I thought I'd post a batch of them. I'm using the term "blue" somewhat generically. Some of these may range into purplish hues and some may have traces of other colors but they fall into a fairly cohesive color group. Thanks in advance for looking! Copper Conglomerate, Long Navette. I'm not sure of all the minerals but I think turquoise is one of them. Luna Freeform Lightning Ridge Black Opal with mainly blue play of color Lightning Ridge Dark Crystal blue play of color Namibian Pietersite Pear Lapis Sodalite Lapis (Not a completed cab; this was a polish test) Large “Roval” Copper Conglomerate Chrysocolla mix with tenorite and malachite

Nice batch of cabachons, lots of variety. Like the sodalite the best.

Nice set. I also like the sodalite. It has a lot of movement in it:)

Well I love the blues! Your lapis is positively glowing.
Maybe your first cab is shattuckite?

Gorgeous set of cabs. I always forget about Luna blue until I see a cab posted - great piece! That lapis is like a punch in the nose too - wow what a pop of color!

Stunning set! That luna looks really three dimensional - but the first one has to be my favorite. Or the black opal. I want to get the blues now too!

Great set, Roger! I'm loving that first one most. The lapis is the shizbot, too, though. Does funny things to the camera don't it?

I'll choose the pietersite as my favorite, but they're all bluetiful.
