Very nice gun, good girl on taking a CC class. You still have to send off for the CC license though don't ya? No using the laser to play with your cat!

Awesome, a Springfield gal. I carry an XDS myself sometimes, though I often carry a high cap 40 cal XDM when I'm in the field. ( dang hogs) Very reliable pistols and I prefer a grip safely for reholstering. I put grip sleeves from Midway on my XDS's as the 45ACP was pretty uncomfortable to shoot. The 9mm was not bad but still a sleeve way improves grip and feel.
Good shooting with a sort barreled gun too. Almost all five pointers! Sounds like you're hooked. I always find it interesting how many gals in the glasses outshoot us guys. The top shot in our class was a gal shooting a 1911 45 and her whole target was one hole about two inches in diameter. Looks like you're gonna be outshootin the boys too. Think of how good you'd shoot with a longer barrel and adjustable sights....Mel

Sabre52I love the grip on this gun. It’s ribbing and girth gives you a solid base to hold on to. Plus when I practice quick drawing/firing from the concealed area my trigger finger falls on the barrel not on the trigger. The 380 Glock I used during class my finger always went right to the trigger. I was nervous all day I was going to accidentally shoot my Who Ha off 😂 we have a pistol range 10 minutes down the road so I’ll be practicing at least once a week to build muscle memory. I was shooting at the 15 yard line yesterday. They have 3 to 60 lines.

He might not like the idea of any potential thieves among the thousand plus guest visitors per day on this site knowing where his stash of firearms can be found while he's out at the range helping nice folks qualify for their C&C. Congrats Mel! That's awesome. Please forgive my "big brother" intrusion into your thread but I did some blurring on the cert photo. I think the others are right - probably shouldn't post this guy's address and phone number. Never know what kind of nutjob is lurking in our forum - pissed off at the world. We watch a LOT of Criminal Minds Thanks for understanding. Someone should start a "show us your guns" thread in the life area...

Good idea, Tommy. Of course, mine just end up being another prop to photograph.

I used to have a gun. But I lost it when my boat flipped over. Sad story. That sux Bob! I’m getting 2 holster. One that conceals in my waistband above the private area (no @shotgunner I didn’t mention my Who Ha this time) and one that straps to the outside of my thigh. Either way it’s carried it may get wet but I won’t loose it. What was your gun you lost?

Here is a picture of my lost gun *sniffle* A thigh holster? uh... no. I just ordered another holster and a couple mag holders today for a gun class I have in Nov. Needed gear for off side carry. Here is the website for high quality Kydex holsters and spare mag holders: dalefrickeholsters.com/Someone here makes Kydex holsters, forget who. Maybe a search will find 'em.
