Intergalactic discrimination ha ha ha. Laughing my butt off. Trump will install a giant fly paper over the US to stick you guys trying to cross air space. Green grey blue pink purple or calico, you're all the same ! Don't tell, aliens are full of silica and make great tumbles when hammered into small pieces. Their pancreatic juice makes a great tumbling slurry(their pancreas makes up 80% of their body weight). Now you sound like those lunatic government junkies of yours that I’m constantly on the run from. I’m starting to think that you may be one of those infamous Men in Black. God only knows your true intentions with all of your wacky experiments with all of that colored glass. No one person has a use for that much glass. Must be a government plot of some sorts and you’re supplying them! jamesp is one of us. He is expressing that in his own way.

Yes I still fuse. I found a person getting out of fusing and bought her out. It was only about 150 sheets of COE 90 and about 100 lbs of scrap. Sure would like to find a large amount at a good price. Someday........MrP My wife shops Craig's List for the same - people selling out. She finds a lot of good deals on 90 and 96. With the cost of coe 90 and 96 skyrocketing many are getting out. And many older folks are retiring, down sizing. Lot's of older folks were into fusing. I must have sold 30 bricks to the arrowhead guys for $4000. If I had to buy the glass new at it's ~ $10/pound I would have only broken dead even. Those guys did not realize I only paid 20 cents per pound for COE 90. Heck, I have ran out of yellow, low on red and orange opaque colors. About to start testing 'Wissmach' to see if it will be compatible with this imported 'Hot Melt' brand. Wissmach is about $80 per 10 pound plate so $8/pound. This is the 6000+ pounds of coe 90 'Hot Melt' I picked up for $1000. You may have seen this. The last photo is glass blower's scraps. www.flickr.com/photos/67205364@N06/sets/72157704378071941I saw it when you bought it. That is when I contacted every place I could find around here to see if the blowers had scrap or sellers had glass they didn't want. No such luck here. No large wholesalers in this area. I had no clue the price of glass when I started this and if you are making something from sheet glass you need two layers, three if thin glass. Cutting circles creates a lot of waste. Now I understand why they ask so much at craft shows. Also kilns don't run for free and the way I do some of my work I fire it up to 5 times. Sure is fun though........................MrP

Alien tumbling equipment using kryptonite abrasives. Alien melting kilns. Alien de-genderizing chopping equipment due to the 1000's of genders. Shall I continue ?

Seems like razor thin edges and corners would be the first to disappear. Well they are. Rounder would cause more impacts and less sliding. Going back to when you blew my mind about rotary grinding is pitting rather than grinding. My goal in using sticky slurry is to eliminate ALL impacts and create 100% sliding action to achieve the ball bearing effect of the abrasive between the contact points. Imagine a giant alien amoeba full of rocks with a super sticky bonding agent rolling down a steep hill as a giant blob with all the rocks grinding within. "A gastrolith, also called a stomach stone or gizzard stone, is a rock held inside a gastrointestinal tract. Gastroliths in some species are retained in the muscular gizzard and used to grind food in animals lacking suitable grinding teeth." Oh yea. Definitely involved with the government or Air Force. Trying to pass on his dissection tactics through the use of tumbling. Blasphemy I say! No respect for your creators.

Then I happened up on the import glass - the mother load. It was all backward - got the materials before the equipment. Story of my life. The company I worked for shut down and tore out 50 tons of fine red iron 30 years ago. I knew little about welding steel. I bought it all for 3 cents a pound, hauled it to the farm, and then bought a welder and welding tools to make house, barns and what ever out of it. More similar events.

LOL. Love this conversation.
So many are afraid of aliens. Some are here to do no harm. Just to help those on Earth to prevent the fate that our mother planet fell fate to.

I’ve seen what you southerners eat. Collards, black eyed peas, grits, catfish. Yuck! Even my cats eat better than that! You people will eat anything.

Gotcha RocksInNJ. Finally have your DNA profile on record from suspected alien feces found on a cattle ranch where cows have been disappearing. A bloated alien was seen wondering in the pasture wearing a New Jersey sweatshirt.
