I had an opportunity to enter a case in our recent rock show (Fall Festival of Gems) here in Kitsap County, WA. I was asked to put my material in the main display case, so I did. Here are a couple of photos of the case. My wife took the pictures since I was busy demonstrating. End #1 This shows a few Tahoma cabs and an agate fruit bowl on a turntable. End #2: This shows some Carey plume cabs and an agate (Graveyard Point) candy dish on a turntable. Side #1: Half of my intarsia and a butterfly. The other half of side #1: Side#2: Some of my "cabochon leaves" , etc. (That's a Carey plume butterfly on the top) The other half of side #2: (sorry about the blurry picture, but it's the only one I had of this portion) Thanks for looking!

Delicious! OK, it is lunchtime, but that's not what has me salivating.

That's fantastic. Since I'm fairly new here and don't know if you've posted pictures of this work before, it would be awesome if you could show some closer pics of what you've done!

I've posted most of my work here before, but I suppose I could post some of the newer items that haven't been posted (or I could get off my tail and just do some new stuff - I got a lot of requests at the show for more butterflies, so maybe I'll do those).

Your work is incredible! It's no wonder it was showcased. I agree that you should post some pictures.

Wow! thats wonderful!
They knew what they were doing honoring you with the center display. Something tells me this wasn't your first rodeo either.
Well done sir.

Holy cow, that is some display! Kudos to you and I also want to see close ups of them. The butterflies, the leaves, the intarsias, the bowls -- ok, all of it!

How about providing links to your other works? 1dave , I will try. I'm not too good about maneuvering around on this site though. Also, I checked some of my old threads and Photobucket has deleted the photos. On some, the photos say (across the face) something like "Proudly Hosted by Photobucket" - so I guess Photobucket has essentially stolen the photos from me. I really don't want the Photobucket logo on any of my photos, so I will try to find the old photos of my work on my computer.
