What would you do with these? Just wondering? That's why I love creativity. You could give 10 people the same stone same silver and have 10 different finished pieces. Lately I have started some piece's with and ideal and it turns in to some thing else along the way. Any thoughts?

I wonder if you can get a better polish on that rhodonite?

Maybe a Faberge-style setting for the turquoise.

I wonder if you can get a better polish on that rhodonite? I will do a final polish on it before I set it. This is my first time working rhodonite. Cut up a little chunk so I have some to play with. It does take a great shine.

Seriously cool.something to look into. Looks like the silver is stamped shaped and put together. To bad we where only born two hands. When doing this I imagine how many finished edges there is on a piece like that. Thanks for sharing this.

You are very welcome I imagine each piece is very time consuming- some serious talent, skill & patience

I am thinking 1 setting 2 stones, their energy drew them together because both pieces where intended for other thing's, sitting at my bench looking at the rhodonite. I took out the turquoise and bam I knew they had to stay together.

The shapes and colors compliment each other very nicely.

Those colors do look well together. I was thinking a simple neck torque with the stones on the ends (perhaps set in a simple leaf & bud motif) so that they would lie in close proximity. Don't have a good example photo of a similar design, but this piece gives a general idea.

I would wrap each one separately but that's just me. I like rocks2dust's idea of the neck torque with one stone on each end though. Looking forward to seeing what you do with them.

Great looking work, I noticed in one of the pictures there appears to be some custom made leather working stamps. I was familiar with the different type leather carving stamps available years ago , made a machine that made precision stamps similar to those. I never tried them on Silver but they sure produce beautiful looking work in the right hands !
Just looked on E-Bay, there are some neat looking stamps available nowadays ! Cool idea using them for Silver work, the effect is much more graphic and they are reasonably priced !

Well after some thought and sketching and input from some of you. I came up with exactly what I did not think or plan. I had planned out a Rhodonite pendant with a piece of dangling turquoise. After getting things laid out. It turned into a Rhodonite eye with a turquoise tear drop. I guess? No turning back now. I just went with it. In this last photo the top right image shows the image of the pendant it was going to be. I stamped my love in the band.
