First 3 pics look like agate and quartz. 4-7 look like fluorite. 8-11 look a bit like opal-fluorite/bertrandite/tiffany stone. The thunderegg is almost certainly a Priday egg, half opal & half agate. You can indeed cut the first 11 (or simply polish the ones with nice shapes) for pendants, or gemstones. They can be cabbed, faceted or tumble-polished (if tumbling, polish the softer fluorite by itself). The opal-fluorite should be slabbed for cutting cabs, IMO. The Thunderegg can also be cut into slabs for cabbing, or simply polish the face for a specimen (I've even seen the face-polished pieces set into paving, etc.). To confirm IDs of all but the last, you'd really need to confirm their hardness.
