Texas is correct. Conroe, Tx to be exact. Bout 30 minutes north of downtown Houston. Same general area where txrockhunter collected his for the pictures he posted a couple years ago. I am still puzzled as to how those various agates got to SE Texas. I do need to get back over there, hour from the house. Henry That location is a mystery Henry. Jeremy scored big on that river too.

Great looking rocks! I am so jealous of the rocks that some of you can find in the wild. Outside of Flint Ridge flint, Ohio sucks for rock hunting.

You could live in New Jersey, but at least I don’t have to worry about being eaten by bears or mountain lions, being bit by poisonous snakes, struck by scorpions, being blown away by a tornado, swept away in a hurricane, suffer a volcanic eruption, worry about poisonous spiders, getting attacked by Bigfoot or being abducted by aliens, though I swear some of the rocks you people find are from another world. Yea, with my luck I think it may be safer and easier for me to stay under my security blankey and just admire all the pretty pics.

That's a blessing True, but looks are deceiving. Jersey May look like a tiny state, but it’s like a 3 hour drive to get there for me, but maybe some day. Finding fluorescent rocks would be really cool!
