I tried turning on my cab king for the first time and I was getting clicking with the reset/test on the outlet. When turned on it hums and doesn't move. Lack of power through outlet or some other issue? I haven't tried it in other spots. Don't want an issue with an unused expensive item - hoping some silly reason.
Thanks

Are your wheels locked up? Can you turn them easily by hand?

I'd definitely try it on another circuit. Try another electrical appliance in the outlet that was giving you issues before you carry it all the way across the room though.

Does the motor get warm to the touch? Run a cord and try it from a standard outlet. Like opalpyrexia said, see if the wheels spin freely. If it’s brand new, is all the packing material removed? Evan

Did you get a 220V unit by mistake?

It says 120 V on the plug. I'll go try it by hand and another outlet in the room if I can. Lights worked in that exact outlet. Gotta get home first:)
I was able to turn them but did notice scraping. It was slightly scraping the clear water spray guard and moved it away a little bit then it spun nicely. Plugged in and hit the green button and it ramped right up.
The slight catching must've prevented it from wanting to go at all. Silly fix I was hoping for, thanks!
Now to get a couple buckets and hope it doesn't spray too bad and...start doing something, brand new to it.
