So I placed an order for wheels on Saturday. The money is still in my account, so I emailed and called and left a message to make sure that the order went through ok. My account shows the order paced and payed for. Still no email and they didn't return my call. Is this SOP for them? AND do I just need to be patient?

I ordered a wheel on August 1. There was no confirmation email. On August 2, I got a shipping email. On August 4, I received the invoice. The package was delivered on August 5. They are in Southern California and I live in Northern California so delivery is fast.

I buy all my hard wheels from Top and they are shipped from Lithuania. They take longer than jb. My biggest complaint with jb was shipping cost so I needed to make a larger order and they were shipped UPS. The wheels now are shipped free by USPS.

SOP for Johnson Bros. I’ve been to their place and it’s basically 1 guy, with a helper there sometimes, doing everything.

I need to try to figure out when I placed my order. It was weeks ago. I don't know how many weeks but I became convinced a long time ago that I never completed the order. I've been going to redo the order several times but have just been too busy to get to it. The other day I got an email saying the order is being processed. I'm sure it's been 3-4 weeks since i've ordered and possibly quite a bit longer than that.
I actually just went back through my history and found the order. It was placed on July 17. I got shipping confirmation yesterday. I'm in central California it's been over a month and I don't have my package yet!

The biggest issue is I've changed my mind on what I wanted. I've got 2 geysers and a super nova wheel coming. The wheel is replacing a worn 280 with a 220. I kind of decided against both of these routes. I guess I'll see how they work!

I had a order with him and never received it either. After a few weeks I happened to be working by them so I swung by. He said my order never shipped because he was waiting for a shipment that had one of my items in it. I canceled my order and purchased the other items on the spot. Chances are he doesn’t have one or more of your items you purchased on hand. An email would go a long way here to alert purchasers why their items haven’t shipped yet. As stated this guy doesn’t do emails.

It was a debit card, just over a week- not too bad! 😁 Find their eBay store and order through there next time if you can. eBay holds them to certain standards and I've never had a problem going that route with JB.
