I acquired a couple of buckets of thunder eggs/ geodes/ round rocks that I know nothing about. This is one that I cut open a while ago, and while I think it's a thunder egg, it has a similarity to the lot of the corprolite pictures I see posted. So does anyone have an ID for this one?

The inside has the red color that some of the Baker Eggs do, however the outside surface does not resemble the Baker Nodules I have seen.

RWA3006 I would certainly not consider your opinion humble on this subject. I never suspected anything other than egg until I kept seeing all the red patterns in the coprolite thread.
