Probably wrong place but every day I have to login. What's the deal?

I sent a book mark to my home screen and it logs me in. Hope that helps.

Many of us use different devices to access RTH
Tablets, PC;s ect...

If you turn off or reboot your device
that will cause the clearing of stored data
and a necessary re- logon.

Even if you haven't logged off previously.

I use the the bookmark idea

Altho I'm not really sure what the problem is!

Hi Bill orrum. I moved your thread to the Technical Help section where it will be better served.

What type of device are you logging in with? I am normally on a computer, so I can't necessarily speak to a mobile device interface. But, when I have to log in on a PC, there is an option to check a box that reads something like "remember me." Do you have that option when you sign in? If so, please be sure it's checked.

In the event you have been doing that, I've tagged Tommy to see if he has any advice.

Staying logged in has 100% to do with cookies. Something must be interfering with your device's ability to store your session activity in a cookie. As others have asked give us more info on what you're using and we'll try to help.

Same as always.
My tablet too but it's a year with both or more.
