Anyone here who is an “expert” in turquoise? Or at least can price by grade?

Crickets, eh?
There's a guy from somewhere in Oregon who was a vendor at our show last summer. Went by "Turquoise Jim" here.
True experts - or even people with real working knowledge of turquoise - are getting harder to find. This guy was good. I'll try to find more info on him.
EDIT: realrockhound - Jim Ouchida is "Turquoise Jim". Found a couple of search results where he has done shows up your way.

I followed him and hopefully he'll ok me. Don't know if he'll help or not, but we can ask. He was in Portland and may be in Gresham now.

Jim is a member of the Mt Hood club in Gresham I was overjoyed at the Flagg Show to have him back to back with us, he's a great guy and definitely knowledgable about all things Turquoise. I believe he said he was doing the Prineville and Madras shows this year, and he will be at the Mt Hood show May 19-22 2023

Makes it easy enough.

Think I figured out what type/locality the turquoise is. Pretty sure its sleeping beauty. Still haven't narrowed down price. But I know thats it's likely $200+ at the bare minimum.

Bring it with you to the PowWow in Prineville, my friend Wayne from the Mt Hood club and the Jade guy who is always in the building there can also be helpful with ID and value. Since we're not vendors there we will probably only be there for Sunday this year, maybe Saturday too.

Let me know what you’d like to hound and I’ll see what I can line out.

I'm not really certain, but I think that looks more like Bisbee turquoise rather than Sleeping Beauty. Sleeping Beauty is a more Robin's egg blue. If the color in your picture is correct, I'd be thinking Bisbee which has that amazing bright blue like the picture shows.

That picture came out more vibrant. But with that…. I’m going to take your input and check out bisbee.

Whatever it is, look up prices on "any" grade stabilized turquoise on the market today.
I think I'd give you $200 for that just from the photo.

I took a small little piece and have it ground down into a nice lil oval to really expose color. If it really is sleeping beauty, which now from photo comparisons I’m pretty sure it is, the lil cab would roughly be around $100 just from what I’ve seen people asking for it online of the same size and visual appearance. Now.. obviously that’s all speculation off looking up things for comparison. Definitely going to get it professionally graded before I touch anymore of it.

Yeah, even small cut stones of Sleeping Beauty will be worth a lot.
That's why I said I'd "give" you $200 for it. You can pay $200/lb for stabilized "junk" turquoise these days.
I'm glad we've chatted enough already for you to know I like to kid around.
That's also why my first comment was about checking current stablized prices. I think $200 would be a steal for that parcel. Literally.
