Nicely done! Your collection is displayed so well and the room looks very inviting.

They look great!
I've been eyeing those at Ikea for a while now.

Looks good! I especially like your lighting system. I don’t have lights of any kind other than a flashlight. Amazon you say?

Looks good! I especially like your lighting system. I don’t have lights of any kind other than a flashlight. Amazon you say? This set has all the lights I needed and they end up being a perfect length. I had to buy a longer cable to connect the two sections on either side of the fireplace and I bought a short cable to put the dimmer and switch outside of the cabinet. Only modification I had to do was enlarging the holes in the back slightly for the cables to fit through. I also built some heavy gauge brackets to mount them to the wall. I thought I was going to build some sheet metal shields so I wasn't looking up into the light while seated. They lights fit perfectly up into the space above the door in the cabinets and you can't see them from the front at all. I'm really happy how it all turned out.

That is hands down the best product I've seen from Ikea. Nicely done and I agree with Gary, it is very inviting!

That all comes together very nicely! Love that big round clock with all the vertical elements. Nice way to show off your loot.

We can have a new competition. Find the flaw. No one has noticed the issue with the clock. It took me a couple of years! I've seen others like it with a different finish. Some correct, some flawed.

The four is four lines instead of IV. I too have seen others like this. Great job on the displays!

Very nice display set. Maybe the four is new math.

Wow, looks great! Very modern and clean looking. I need to redo our displays. We have mostly wood furniture and our rocks are kind of just tucked around everywhere. We have an old wood and glass hutch, the type usually used for dishes, that I have rocks in but I should spend some time making it a nicer display. Yours is definitely a nice focal point.👍

Not a clock; it’s a puzzle, a conversation piece. So many lines and shadow lines…

Those cabinets look terrific! Great way to display your collection. You mentioned the shelf brackets are plastic? You might want to look at replacing them with metal brackets. I have a curio cabinet that used to have plastic pins that fit in holes on the sides of the cabinet and the glass shelves rest on the pins. After about 15 years the plastic apparently became brittle and I was treated to the sound of a shelf collapsing! Now I have metal pins holding up shelves that having slightly dinged up items on them!

That looks amazing and super professional. I would've never thought about LED strips because I'm an idiot, but the current lighting looks cozy!
What's your favorite piece?
