I have this cab that I cabbed from a slab I must of had. I generally save all the files when I purchase something, but I can't find any magnaprase on my computer. I looked it up online and I haven't found anything similar. I've seen it with white, but not this yellow. The green didn't photograph well, but it's really deep green and mostly translucent (?) I think that's the right word. It's stunning in person. I hope I have more! Do you know anything about it? I'm gonna assume it's from Australia, but I could be wrong. It has a great polish, but the picture makes it look jacked up. You can see the swirls is the green.

Well, I guess it helps if I spell it right. MAGNEPRASE. Found more online that way, but not with the yellow.

That is really pretty, love the depth to it and the swirls in the green.

Well, lemon chrysophrase is really magnesite, so yellow definitely happens with it. Here is, as the Aussies would say, a croc of it, but with a bit of useful origin info mixed in, so if looking for more the W. Aussieland miners may help. moonrisecrystals.com/citron-chrysoprase-meaning/Seems we have one or 2 on the forum from down under who could enlighten us on the availability of the material, I know I would gladly add some to my collection of stuff we don't have. And also the gaspeite connection in the magnesite that apparently provides the green or yellow tones... geology.com/minerals/gaspeite.shtml

Glenn Archer of Outback Mining is the source I believe. I don't know if he sells in reasonably small quantities but if not he might be able to suggest Statesdide retailers who may carry it. I think I heard he isn't doing Quartzsite any longer but I may be in error. If he's there in January maybe some kind RTH'er could pick some up for you. Email : glenn@outbackmining.com

Thanks guys! I looked through Glen Archer's site and didn't see anything similar. Hell, maybe I completely got the name wrong on this stuff, but I don't think so. If I had known it would be hard to find, I would of gotten more.
