Hello everyone, I thought I would share my latest batch (#39) with you today. There's a variety of agates and jaspers all within the Mohs hardness rating of about 6.5 give or take a few points. I collected about 1% of them and the rest were purchased. I truly hope to get out there and find my own soon. Lots of photos.
Montana Agates:
These two were my favorites. Owyhee jasper:
The only self collected jaspers: Pacific Northwest poppy jasper
Brecciated jasper Serape jasper: Blue mountain jasper: Various jaspers: Tiger's eye: Mookaite: Petrified wood: This is one I kept from last year's World Tumbling Contest: South Dakota prairie agate: Holley blue agate: Snakeskin agate: Amethyst sage: Burro creek purple agate: Crazy lace: Select rose quartz:
Group photo without the Owyhee jasper: Thanks for looking.

After recently starting to wrap up my large batch of quartz, I am very impressed with your total lack of bruising! Mine are not nearly as beautiful.

Awesome batch! I've never seen that snakeskin agate polished before - it looks great. And the rose quartz - top notch!

What a fantastic batch! Your shaping and polish look as good as it gets.
The Holly Blue is gorgeous. Have you checked the rose quartz for asterism? You did a really fine job finishing those. That show really made my day. Thanks for showing.

You did an incredibly good job with these rocks! My favorites are your self collected poppy jaspers. I have always wanted some of those. What part of Washington did you find them?

Oh my! Drooling over here!! What an amazing batch!! My favorite are the Holly Blue, snakeskin and rose quartz. Just stunning. Thanks so much. I had two pieces of snakeskin agate and I just included them kind of to see how they would come out. That's the best Holley blue I have. I appreciate your comments.

Great polish and very clear pictures! The Holley blue agates are insane. Thanks, the photos are probably so clear because I used two lights. It was the first time I tried them.

After recently starting to wrap up my large batch of quartz, I am very impressed with your total lack of bruising! Mine are not nearly as beautiful. Thanks, my rose quartz lost a lot of mass in the first stage. I was super careful with them. I tumbled them separately in a 3 lb. barrel with plenty of ceramic media. It takes longer, but it is worth it. Also, it was what the dealer called "exceptional" rose quartz.
