I can access the 1st pic and the video, but for the 2nd pic I get a msg I need to request access. Ok. First image shows another modification. Had to apply downward pressure on the barrel to get a good rotation, video shows that. 2nd image shows finished results. The picture doesn't show their true beauty, it is a really bad photo. I'm happy with the results.

Well I built one! I wasn't happy with the painter bucket design. It was a P.I.T.A. wrapping barrel with the shelf liner material, then I had to cram it in there to get any mediocre rotation. So, back to Lowes with tape measure to find something better. I found a 6" to 4" PVC reducer that has a nice tapered seat that cradles the barrel nicely. First polish run will be done Thursday. Hope this helps anyone.
The lining was just a day one solution. I glued a ring of rubber inside the bucket and the barrel just drops in. The fit is tight, and secure. Much faster rock rotation

Just super impressed with your creativity and sharing your creation via YouTube. I was able to procure a reasonably priced Lot O tumbler single barrel from arrowhead lapidary supply. Sure do appreciate the parts list too.

Awesome build! I got lucky and found a double Lot-O at Shawns in SD a few years ago. It still sits in the box... But it's here.. Let us know the test results on the material it does..
