How do those tumble? They look like they could make some excellent filler material! Yes they are nice filler material. My favorite are those with deep white (or in the rare cases purple) orbs.  Most of them have thin orange surface and white bands inside, and you have quite some flexibilities in tumbling to determine how they will look polished.  |

I'll give folks until tomorrow before I hop on refilling my filler box. Been loving using these instead of ceramic media. Finally filled up my first jar. Ignore my dull obsidian. It's cursed.  |

iamchris. Shiny obsidian is really nice. Matte finish is also nice. If the world was all shiny. we’d need sunglasses and blinders!

Thanks a lot, pebblesky . Your macros just inspired me to dump all mine out on the floor. Just spent 10 minutes laying on the carpet like a kid, poring over them looking at all the unique details. Need to take a break since my back hurts. 😆 |
