I am seeing one rock shed and gem shop. If I can decide I might buy some pound from each location. But I wanna buy some more geodes. Arrrgghhhhh!!!!! Driving myself crazy That's the best part of this hobby, you can have it ALL!!!!!! Man gonna get me in trouble!  |

You all gonna laugh at me. When I first got into the hobby, I was like "what is so special about moss in agate? Its just moss" Having no clue what it was really. In short, I though it was moss that grows on the ground.  |

Where can I get these raw? do you have any green moss agate? wargrafix Tony may have some. The Rock Shed or Kingsley North may have some. I got mine from a "collector" in El Paso Tx. I have quite a bit of moss agate, not all of it is green though. Tony |

In short, I though it was moss that grows on the ground. That sort of moss is my favourite. Japan has the best moss I've seen. Lawns of moss not grass at temples... so good! Second favourite is green moss agate, because it reminds me of live moss. |

wargrafix Your kind of moss agate, if it had been scientifically possible, would have been cooler than what moss agate really is. I think we kind of got jipt on that one.

I bought like 40# of Rutilated Quartz from catmandewe because I love it so much. Husband seen the bill and about flipped. Green Moss Agate is beautiful material for sure. |

It sarted out small like most of us then turned into at least an acre of colkection. She said he was supposed to buy and sell as a business. He'd buy but never could sell, that is unil he decided to retire then he had tons (wt and number) of rock to get rid of. His wife even told me she didn't think he even knew WHAT he had there. Lost track yrs ago |
