I have a rock in one of my barrels right now that has a face on it! It's in prepolish right now so you will have to wait a couple more weeks at least to see a pic unless I can find it on top when I open it up next...

Send it tomorrow Susan, and I'll have it back to you along with the WWR cab you requested by early next week. Is that some of his Colorado pet wood? I have a couple of cabs from that material, very cool. And I guess I might as well add this cab here since it has so many faces in it.

HEY, ED! Here's another piece of the same material. I call this one FALLEN ANGEL. I sure wish I knew where he picked this wood up as I'll be driving through Colorado next month. :oS

Found this happy little guy in a Royal Sahara nodule I cut. Nice scene in the bottom half, but the face just totally stands out to me. What do you think? ;D

He's so happy, I think he'll become sad if you cut it.

I absolutely LOVE this posting. I am so glad I am not the only one who sees images in the rocks. Thanks to everyone who posted pictures here.

Wow that first one reminds me of the Iron Maiden mascot...can't think of his name off the top of my head though.

Okey, dokey, folks; great pictures, great rocks. It's close to Halloween, so I am hoping to see some recipes??? Screaming Marshmallows? Alien nuggets? Just a few ideas...

OK, so it took a little longer than I said but here it is, my rock (magnet) with a face! The darker material is VI fancy jasper, the white material is quartz & the black spots appear to be feldspar. It measures W: 32mm x H:25mm If you look at it the right way it does look a bit like Eric Cartman's head! Sorry for the image context, not sure what episode that was from...? ;D I've got another rock with a (sort-of) face in it somewhere around here so I'll make a mental note to grab it next time I come across it.
