It has been bugging me for awhile now!! My grinder tray has some pretty sharp edges (especially when I grind for a couple hours at a time) My forearms rest right on the edges and get bruised and sore- I tried a couple different types of tubing and such but it is either still to hard- or breaks down quickly. But then I found some of that foam pipe insultaion (the kind that is preslit to go over water pipes) $.99 for 6 feet- it cuts real easy and slips on the edges easy and is nice and thick and cushy- and WATERPROOF!!!!! Ahhh now I can grind without having sore forearms!

lol. I've got sections of rubber pipe insulation sitting under the pavers my vibe sits on. I cut it off the right length and uncurled it so that it lays flat. Gave me 1/2" gap of squishiness that reduced the vibration between the pavers and the floor very nicely. The foam didn't work for that because it compacted more but the rubber doesn't get squashed and hangs in there. It costs more but if somebody needs it for both problems they could just buy one and save money.
