Damn!! ;D That's the coolest haul of petwood that anyone's ever posted I think. Yep, pretty sure. Well done, the next time you need to bring back a ton.

:oWOW CURT!!! That is an amazing story...but would love to see more pics! Some of those pieces would look so darn nice in my yard...and that Palm Wood is spectacular! You have one heck of a nice friend to let you in on his honey spot...but if there's that much wood...sounds like there's enough for both of ya! Thanks fro sharing that story and experience. Looking forward to seeing more pics. Steve

Wow Curt that's totally awesome, that chunk of palm is cool. I had a really nice piece of Texas pet wood that Tom (Pho) sent me, it was amazing. Looked like someone had just chopped it up it was so clean. I was going to put it on the woodpile at my parents cabin and wait for someone to try and burn it but when we had the work done on our furnace, one of the guys stole it. Oh, you didn't do too bad for dial up, I just watch tv for a while but the wait was worth it.

Good god, man! It's just not fair!!!!! I went out for a rock hunt this weekend, too. I found one piece of yellow quartz, a used condom and a Pioneer remote. That wood haul is just amazing...I can't believe my eyes that it's even possible to find so much stuff in a day! That huge piece of palm is jawdropping...unbelievable!

Wow, what a frickin wicked haul! I have yet to come across anything of interest here that would require me to bring a truck in to haul it out.

Curt, What a great story, great pics and great finds. I believe every word except that "A friend of mine" stuff, because we all know you have no friends. How much did you pay that guy for his palm wood picture? ;D ;D ;D

Thanks Guys! Randy I only got to look for 5 hours. Did more driving than looking. Next time it will be several days and I'm going for at least 1000 pounds. ;D Steve Yup, they would look nice in your yard.............but they look nicer in mine. ;D Adrian With all those stars by your name and your speechless? Mike If you think your brain melted, you should have seen me when I saw that creek! Titania LOL, come see me and I promise you'll go home with a lot more than a used condom and a remote. John You're absolutely right. When it comes to rock locations, I have no friends ;D Tony Only if your female, blonde, blue eyed, and built like you know what ;D ;D ;D Curt
